Jalaj Jain
Jalaj Jain is the founding partner of Fractional, part of JALAJ719 Consultants in Gurugram, India. He leads the firm’s work with emerging firms and innovators, helping them reshape their business and governance frameworks.
With roots in law and a mind built for systems, Jalaj brings structure to complex situations. A graduate of Gujarat National Law University, he began his career researching for RegGenome, a spin-out from the University of Cambridge.
Since then he has worked across emerging technology, family businesses and venture-backed firms, helping leaders move fast without breaking what matters. He is a published legal author and a podcaster.
